Майонез приготовлен мной вчера впервые в жизни.
1 яйцо, 150 мл оливкового масла, 1/4 чл соли, 1ст л лимонного сока, 1чл горчицы. )В следующий раз буду брать 1/2 чл горчицы. )
Все размешивается блендером.
